I've been eyeing this phone for a while and finally chose to get the blue 501KC. The phone arrived despite being sent back midway through to me but that was quickly taken care of by the support team, which is handeled by actual human people which is a godsend nowadays. They reviewed the order told me what went wrong and sent it again and the package came fine. The phone has some signs of wear and tear but thats alright it wouldve looked like that from use anyway. It does exactly what i wanted it to do, which is play some music and accept calls and SMS messages. Don't care about internet connection or anything like that. 5 stars because of the quality and support team. Time to finally get rid of social media!

At first i was skeptical before ordering but once it arrived the Kyocera was actually Brand New. For the price it was a steal. I love it
Okay, so here’s the honest take: I like my 501KC a lot, but it’s not flawless. Pros: Flip mechanism works well, keys are comfortable to press, it’s rugged and reliable. I sideloaded a few apps and they run (though some don’t). Battery life is decent. But: the Android version is old so expect some compatibility issues, and if you live outside Japan your network support may be patchy you’ll really only receive 2G coverage for some US carriers. If you know what you’re getting into, it’s a solid choice. If you want “everything modern”, maybe look elsewhere.
