Y2KPHONES does not rebrand any devices sold on this website. Each product remains under its original manufacturer’s design and identity.

By purchasing from Y2KPHONES, you acknowledge that you are buying a genuine, original device that has been independently refurbished, tested, and sold by Y2KPHONES, without any partnership or endorsement from the original manufacturer.

Billing and Account Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • We may restrict or cancel orders placed under the same customer name, billing/shipping address, or payment details.
  • Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Failure to do so may result in delays or non-delivery, for which we are not liable.

Shipping Policy

  • We ship internationally and offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery typically takes 7–14 days, but times vary by country.
  • All orders include tracking, sent by email within 1–5 days. Once the parcel reaches your country, it is transferred to a local courier with a new tracking reference.
  • Customs delays, import duties, and local delivery issues are beyond our control and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If an order is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, we will refund the order minus shipping costs. If a parcel is destroyed by customs or the courier, no refund will be issued.

Refunds, Returns, and Warranties

  • We accept returns only for faulty or incorrect items reported within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • All phones include a 120-day limited battery warranty, covering only defects such as failure to hold charge, abnormal drain, or failure to power the device.
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered. As all devices are refurbished and therefor second hand, unless stated otherwise.
  • Refunds, replacements and exchanges are processed only once returned items are received and inspected.

Compatibility Policies

  • Network Compatibility: All devices are sold unlocked, but it is the customer’s sole responsibility to confirm compatibility with their network provider before purchasing. We are not liable for incompatibility issues, and no refunds or returns will be accepted on this basis.
  • By purchasing from us, customers confirm that they have checked and ensured compatibility with their carrier.
  • App Compatibility: We are not responsible for third-party app functionality or compatibility. Returns or refunds will not be issued for app-related issues.
