Unfortunately I found out that it's fake. It works, I can call or text people, I even made one texting app work, but that's it. It's really hard to navigate.
As one other review said, the keyboard is very different than on pictures and it's interesting, that the review is no longer here, only 5 star ratings?
My girlfriend can tell what phone is real and which is fake and she said that this looks fake or at least very suspicious, so...

I can't have my money back :/
So like at least I can call with it...

This device is not fake. The LG Wine Smart H410 is an original LG model released over 11 years ago, and counterfeit versions of this model do not exist. As clearly stated on our website, it is refurbished, meaning it has been tested and restored to working condition, which can include replaced components due to its age.

The review mentioned about a different keyboard is not missing. That review is actually for the LG Smart Folder X100S, which is a completely different model. The review is still live and can be found on the product page for the LG Smart Folder X100S.

I've still got a modern smartphone, but I'm looking for something simpler that'll still have apps like WhatsApp. I'm curious if it's possible to put the SD card of my current phone into this one or if it's a different kind (Is MicroSD a special kind?). Also, I'd like to know if you can use headphones with an AUX plug the or if it has to be like USBC. Would love some clarification! ☺️🌸
