Exactly as shown! New and working. (some extra steps were needed for first boot, but it's not that hard, there are video guides). Completely free shipping, even to Ukraine. Sideloading apps works right, especially with offline apps. (there may be some issues with network dependent apps). But messenger like TelegramX works perfectly, make sure to choose android 4.3 apk files. Also native browser works without any problems. If someone want's to install SDcard then make sure it's formatted as FAT32 (most of cards under 32gb are like that) But I managed to format even 128gb SDcard and it works.
Camera quality is surprisingly good, and battery life is also great.

About the phone: Using a Blackberry now (10 years later after the release), made me realize that so much potential was wasted here. Blackberry could’ve dominated the world. The phones definitely were ahead of their times.

I can sadly only use it to call and text on the go, and at home I can use it with Wifi, although it’s slow. I bought it specifically with that “simplicity“ in mind.

Very sad to see all the Blackberry services terminated next month!

The Blackberry Classic Q20 is an amazing phone. I wish these were still manufactured and supported worldwide. I never used a Blackberry in its heyday but I remember always wanting to. Now that I have my hands on one and have played around with it, I can't believe we ever moved away from it. The phone came brand new with the original box, charger, and manuals. I love the keyboard and the satisfying sounds of typing on it. It has a great battery life, far better than I would have expected on a phone this old. It is easy enough to put things like spotify and instagram on it which is great. Unfortunately, I live in the US and the old 3g networks have all been shut down. While this is advertised as working on 4g networks and says so in the settings of the phone, it doesn't work with the 4g/5g networks in the US because it doesn't have VolLTE. I've been looking online to try and find a way to make this work for texts and calls and so far have not been successful. Maybe one day something will come up that will work, but until then I can't really use this as a dumb phone since I can't send or receive texts or calls. I'm still going to give this product five stars because it came exactly as advertised and it isn't y2k phone's fault that in the US there isn't network compatibility for this phone. In other countries that still have 3g, this would be an amazing dumb phone to give oneself a break from the addictive nature of modern smart phones. I absolutely love the blackberry classic q20 and only hope that in the future with the increase in people moving back to dumb phones that a network can support it. Until then, I will enjoy using it as much as possible.
