Almost mint condition with minor issues

I received the product and it was furnished nicely. However, I got 2 models and both of them were having some issue or another. One was not having backlit keyboard light or atleast it was not turning on and another one was missing the charging point xover

No 4G

I am aware you warn purchasers that the products may not be compatible with our phone networks due to their age, and so I do not seek retribution. But I also consider it quite lazy and deliberately misleading to not simply put ‘does not connect with 4G’ on phones that do not support it. I bought the razr2 due to its EDGE connection capabilities, hoping it would bridge the gap between 3G and 4G. Of course, it did not. Phone was in good condition though and would have been great if it worked.

Thanks for the review. We list the exact network bands for every device, including the RAZR2, and its description clearly shows it only supports 2G. Since these older models were never built with 3G or 4G hardware, we can only present the official band information. Not sure what else we could have added, but I appreciate the feedback and I’m glad the device’s condition met your expectations.

Excellent condition and very happy with the phone, as it looks and feels brand new, maybe it is I am not even sure. I have only had it a few days and everyone around me is saying they are ordering one.

Flawless refurbished retro phone!

I was very impressed when the phone arrived. The first thing I noticed was how professional it looked by coming in the original Motorola box! The phone was in nearly mint condition with zero scratches anywhere on the body, screen or keypad. Even had the protective plastic to peel off and we all know how satisfying that is! The icing on the cake for me was the inclusion of the charger which is not something I was expecting given that none of the phone companies provide chargers with their devices anymore. Highly recommend this company for refurbished devices! Make sure you do your research and check device compatibility on your local network before you buy.
