Came decently quick and nicely packaged, works great just what I wanted.

Wonderful phone. Ordered in pink for my daughter. Received after 7 days in France. To start, is not easy to setting but Y2KPHONES answer quickly to my questions for help me. Very good service. Can't wait to pass a new order for my second daughter 😊. Network using on this phone in France: SFR 👍

- The delivery of the phone was as expected. They did say 6-14 days and it arrived on the 14th day! It came in it's original box with the phone and charging cable (no head)!

- The phone works on UK SIMs! For reference I have an O2 SIM and I can receive calls and text people!

- The camera and sound quality is great! I was expecting very blurry quality for pictures but then again it's Samsung and the photos came out great! Now it's not the same quality like the current iPhone but it's not blurry and I'm not complaining, I'm impressed! I was expecting worse to be honest. The sound quality is great as I watch YouTube videos and on full volume it sounds like it's coming from a speaker, it's loud! The video quality can go as high as 1080p on YouTube which is so cool, though by default the videos render at 240p so you'll have to change that!

- Bluetooth works! No headphone jack but Bluetooth earphone/headphones work just fine!

- The pkaystore app works of course, just wait for it to update itself 2 times to the current version of the Playstore! I would say 90% of the apps work on the phones current android version but some don't like WeChat and LINE. WhatsApp works, my banking app Halifax works and YouTube and all the Google services work! TikTok works but just a tad slow to open but works fine once you start using it! Pinterest works too. You know, the important apps works haha!

- You can buy a clear case on Amazon for the phone! (It's the only one to be honest) It's around £25 equivalent and I decorated my with stickers to make it more phone!

- The phone comes with two keyboard: on the screen and buttons on the phone. Now I'm used to be a buttons warrior when I was younger so I'm so happy to go back to buttons but it's that annoys you over time, there's a screen keyboard to use for text inputs.

- Overall, I love it! Been using it for 3 days now and so happy!

I ordered the q10 and I love it! I used to have one when they first came out, still really cool and the QWERTY keyboard is epic.

Communicating with the seller was very transparent, honest, and the product itself is very nice and ideal for anyone who wants that little bit of modern edge but still want to use a flip phone for work and school so you can leave the majority of your social media at home. It took me a little bit to get to know the phone but after I got the knack of it, I fell in love with the phone and started playing around with it. Many thanks to the seller for their authenticity and as well as correcting the tracking number I was having trouble with 😅 I know it's not the seller's fault; hiccups happen all the time no matter where you go, as long as the results end in good standing because that is what matters most!

Guys!! I’ve been so FREAKING EXCITED about this little flip! It showed up early on Christmas Eve! It turned on and was charged well. East setup, a little slow at first but to no fault of the seller. Everyone has always said this phone is big in the hand and yo they really weren’t kidding 😂 it’s not bad or anything I was just like, “oh wow yeah it IS big.” .It’s super cute though and i am having lots of fun just fiddling with it!
